Invitation Letter for Visa Application

Please carefully read the following notes before you proceed with the request.

1. Who needs this invitation letter and why:
According to the Chinese government's regulations, a formal invitation letter is required to apply for an entry visa. If you already have a visa to visit China, please do not apply for the invitation letter. Once the letter is issued and sent, there will be no refund.

In addition, the letter we offer is ONLY for your visa application and NOT for your registration in the fair. Canton Fair still takes in-person registration ONLY.

2. How much is the charge and what do I get?
There is a USD100 charge for each applicant. for processing and extra USD $25 for delivery charge, EMS, UPS etc. the total price is USD $125.The package also comes with a map of Guangzhou city for your reference. we will sent the original invitation letter along with a map to you by EMS or UPS within one working day. In order to guarantee the promptness and accuracy of the delivery, we will inform you the Express mail tracking number for your reference

3. Delivery terms:
After we receive the full payment from you, we will send the original invitation letter along with rest of the package to you by UPS within one working day. In order to guarantee the promptness and accuracy of the delivery, we send the package by UPS only. We will inform you of the UPS tracking number for your reference.

4. Cancellation and refund terms:
Your request for the invitation letter will be processed only after we receive your payment. Therefore please allow ample time for us to receive and process your payment. If you request to cancel the reservation after the payment is processed but before the package is sent, we will issue a partial refund of $50. After the package is sent, no refund will be issued.

5. Invitation letter is not a guarantee for visa issuing.
Invitation letter is not a guarantee for visa. Refund request will not be entertained after the letter is sent because the fee mainly covers our cost, the UPS freight or fax.
